Our New System Is Coming: What You Need to Know

We’re pleased to inform you that Milford Family Medical Centre will be upgrading to a new practice management system, Indici.

 This change is part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare.

What is Indici?

 Indici is a modern, secure system widely used by healthcare providers across New Zealand. It allows us to manage your health information more effectively and improve communication with you.

 What this means for you:

    •   Faster and more efficient service at reception

    •   Improved accuracy of your medical records 

    •   Enhanced privacy and security of your information

    •   Better communication, including appointment reminders and results

 When is this happening?

 We will be transitioning to Indici on 25th of May 2026. During the initial period, there may be slight delays as our team adapts to the new system.

 What do you need to do?

    •   Please allow a little extra time for your appointment

    •   You may be asked to confirm or update your personal details

   •   Bring identification if requested

    •   Manage My Health (MMH) will no longer accessible after the migration (25th of May 2026).
